Development/Design Technology
CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) is utilized from the design planning stage for strength/rigidity analysis used from component design to final product design as well as mechanism analysis where collision conditions based on car-system is applied for automobile parts. Thus, product development of predictive engineering type is our feature.
Also, the R&D process, which pursues maximizing of development efficiency in consideration of production requirements including various processing and assembly methods with the use of state-of-the-art CAD (Computer Aided Design System), composes the core technology of ALPHA Corporation: Design, validation and manufacturing technologies.
