Basic Stance

We view more effective corporate governance as a crucial business challenge. Based on this perspective, we’re committed to strengthening the auditing capabilities of our corporate auditors, encouraging more extensive discussions by the board of directors, and realizing transparent and fair business management in various other ways, thereby helping to assure business transparency for all our stakeholders, including shareholders. This approach will also allow us to respond swiftly to changes in the business environment and to stabilize and add to our corporate value over the long haul.
